EO Referral Program
For organizations that want to enhance their marketing efforts by offering discounts, special access, or other unique advantages to EO members.
EO Partnership Referral Program
The Partnership Referral Program is an initiative of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization to raise global awareness, grow the network and strengthen membership value through partnerships and strategic alliances.
When we join forces with reputable organizations that align with our mission, we are able to expand our programs and resources and create more opportunities for each member to learn and grow. By raising awareness of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, we also facilitate chapter growth and expansion to new areas of the world.
The Entrepreneurs’ Organization has an incredible member network. You are our best resource to open doors and to help us create new connections. The Partnership Referral Program was designed to thank you for supporting our efforts to increase global awareness through partnerships and alliances.
Program Details
To qualify for the referral program:
• You must be a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization
in good standing
•
You must not be the owner of, a partner in or on the board
of the target organization
•
The introduction must be to a decision-maker (see FAQ)
in an organization currently on our target
list
•
The decision-maker must be aware of the nature of the introduction
and interested in discussing a potential partnership with EO
What to do:
• Review the target
list
•
Inform Jade Boneff-Walsh of your intent to provide an introduction
one of the organizations on the target list or another organization
you feel would be a beneficial partnership for EO. This step is
very important to avoid simultaneous introductions to the same organization
coming from different members
•
Verify that the decision-maker is interested in discussing
a potential partnership with EO
•
Introduce Jade Boneff-Walsh to the decision-maker
Our thank you:
•
For your referral, you will receive one year of Global
Dues waived (for the next fiscal year starting 1 July
after your introduction is qualified)
•
If a partnership contract is signed, your chapter will
receive a one-time gift of US$2,500
•
If a partnership contract is signed, you will be recognized
in the Overdrive article announcing the partnership
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Who is considered a decision-maker?
A: A decision-maker is someone in the target organization
who is authorized to negotiate and close a Global or Regional
partnership deal or is in a position to significantly influence
the results of that negotiation.
Q: Will the target list change?
A: Yes! The target list is a living document and will be
constantly revised to add more organizations as we recognize them
to be valuable potential partners for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
We are particularly interested in organizations from outside of
the United States.
Q: Can I provide introductions to companies that are not on the
target list?
A: Yes! All introductions are welcome, as they help us
spread the word about the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. If
your introduction is for an organization not on the target list,
you will become eligible for the rewards only if the introduction
results in a signed partnership.
Q: How should I make the introduction?
A: In-person introductions are best, but we recognize that
they are not always possible. A conference call or email introduction
may be sufficient. Please contact Jade
Boneff-Walsh with questions.
Q: When will my chapter receive the gift?
A: When the partnership agreement is signed.
Q: Do I still need to pay chapter dues when my Global dues are
waived?
A: Yes.
