EO offers a distinctive experience to our members, and that experience is based upon our unique vision and purpose. As a Chapter Officer, you are entrusted and empowered to deliver this to your chapter members. The first step in taking your chapter to the next level is to attend a Global Leadership Conference (GLC)— a one-of-a-kind program that brings together more than 600 chapter leaders from EO’s 108 global chapters.
The GLC is structured over two days of training to provide you with the fundamentals and the key responsibilities you need to effectively lead your chapter. You’ll discover there are plenty of opportunities to share experiences, listen to ideas and build a network of peers beyond your chapter’s borders.
The GLC will once again be held in San Francisco, CA, USA, only this time from 8-10 May 2008. To make the most of your experience, we strongly suggest that each member on your incoming board collectively attend one of the GLCs. Your chapter has six open registrations at no charge. If your chapter chooses to bring more than your allotted officer spots, you will be charged US$500 per extra member (the cost for EO to host chapter leaders at GLC).
