Building a Performance-Based Culture – Bob Prosen
During this presentation, Bob Prosen will show you how to increase accountability so you get the results you need, develop trust within your team, handle performance problems without conflict, increase your odds of hiring the right people, assess your ability to lead for results versus to be liked, communicate more effectively to dramatically increase results and reward performance while penalizing non-performance. The Golden Circle - Simon Sinek
There isn’t a single company that makes something your customers can’t buy from someone else for roughly the same price, quality and service. If that’s true, then why are your customers your customers? And if you don’t know why your customers are your customers, how do you know what to do to attract more of them? Simon Sinek will share a simple business idea, based on the biology of how customers make choices, to show you why your customers buy from you and how you can adjust the way you think, act and communicate to attract more loyal customers. Simon will share with you the same ideas he has taught other entrepreneurs, FORTUNE 50 companies, members of the US Congress, ambassadors, leaders of the Air Force, government and executives in various industries. Simon is the CEO and founder of SinekPartners, Corporate Refocusing. He is helping pioneer the corporate refocusing industry. His unorthodox approach of applying tried and tested marketing techniques to all parts of a company’s operations is having a significant, positive impact on the cultures and bottom lines of a diverse group of organizations.
