You asked for more chapter learning support in this year's All-Member Survey, and we're delivering! On top of that, you have an opportunity to attend the 2008 EO University: Boston for free!

  • Chapters who have 15 percent or more of their members attending the 2008 EO University: Boston will receive US$1,500 toward hiring a top speaker, Forum Moderator training or Strategy Summit.
  • Any member who personally refers five registrants to the University will receive half off his or her registration fee. Individuals who refer 10 registrants will attend Boston for free!
  • Of those chapters that hit the 15 percent attendance mark, the chapter with the greatest percentage will win a free breakfast meeting with customer service expert John DiJulius.

All referred members must be registered and paid in full by 11 July. To receive credit for referring a registrant, the referred member must e-mail us with the name of the member who referred them.

Travel Insurance

EO strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance whenever signing up for an EO event. Cancellation policies and penalties on all EO events are strictly enforced. There are no exceptions.

Travel insurance, in many cases, may cover unforeseen or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend an event. To obtain travel insurance, please contact your travel agent or visit www.insuremytrip.com and click on "quotes." You should get quotes from up to eight travel insurance products. Please note that EO does not endorse any travel insurance products.

Cancellation Policy

EO requires that EO members pay at least 50% of the total registration fee at the time of registration. The remaining 50% will be charged 12 weeks out. EO offers a tiered refund schedule for cancellations.
