Visa Information

Information on visas and entry into India can be found in our travel guide.

Note: All visitors to India are required to obtain a visa prior to travel. Please be sure that you take care of this sufficiently prior to the University so as to be sure you will be allowed entrance into the country. EO will not refund the University registration fee for members who fail to obtain the necessary visa to travel to India because they did not initiate the process in time. Refunds will only be considered for members whose visa applications are rejected. As such, we recommend that you initiate the visa process immediately upon registration.

Travel Insurance

EO strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance whenever signing up for an EO event. Cancellation policies and penalties on all EO events are strictly enforced. There are no exceptions. Travel insurance, in many cases, may cover unforeseen or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend an event. To obtain travel insurance, please contact your travel agent or visit www.insuremytrip.com and click on "quotes." You should get quotes from up to eight travel insurance products. Please note that EO does not endorse any travel insurance products.

Cancellation Policy

EO requires that EO members pay at least 50% of the total registration fee at the time of registration. The remaining 50% will be charged 12 weeks out. EO offers a tiered refund schedule for cancellations.
